Key Responsibilities
- During the engagement phase, organise events with schools, colleges and universities, managing on‑campus events, marking key dates and ensuring brand representation.
- In the attraction phase, support the Employer Branding team with regional content for social media and help craft a communications plan.
- In the recruitment phase, organise and host assessment centres and manage the interview process, maintaining a first‑class candidate experience.
- In the onboarding phase, work with the Global Early Careers team to welcome new hires and ensure they feel valued and supported.
As part of a global team, you may travel to international offices to support recruitment events. You will work towards a Level 5 CIPD qualification while earning, combining 20% off‑the‑job training with the apprenticeship.

You must hold Maths and English GCSEs at level 4‑9 (or equivalent) and be resident in the UK for at least the past 3 years. The apprenticeship is funded under the UK government programme; all applicants must meet these eligibility criteria.
