About Our Team

Our Digital Workplace team is dedicated to creating a seamless, empowering technology experience for every colleague. We partner closely with employees, People & Culture, IT Operations, Facilities, and senior leaders to ensure the tools people rely on every day are intuitive, reliable, and accessible. From supporting collaboration spaces and hybrid‑working technology to enabling secure, productive device use, the team plays a key role in shaping how people work across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in providing effective first and second‑line support, resolving incidents and requests within agreed SLAs and maintaining positive user‑satisfaction scores.
  • Committed to delivering inclusive, user‑centred customer service, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues at all levels.
  • Confident helping users with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools, providing clear training, mentorship and addressing problems efficiently.
  • Experienced in configuring and maintaining laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows and Apple environments, ensuring accurate setup and timely issue resolution.
  • Capable of coordinating user access through Active Directory or similar tools, creating and updating accounts accurately and in line with access‑control policies.
  • Skilled in problem solving and organising your workload, consistently prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of supporting AV systems, meeting‑room technology, and hybrid‑working setups, ensuring smooth operation for meetings and events.
  • Familiar with asset management, device lifecycle processes, or ITSM reporting, maintaining accurate records to support operational decisions.

Your New Role

  • Act as an approachable first point of contact for in‑office digital workplace support, ensuring employees receive a consistent, high‑quality, user‑centred service experience.
  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support across in‑person, phone, and remote channels, resolving issues with devices, operating systems, applications, collaboration tools, AV, and telephony to minimise disruption.
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform, maintaining clear communication and meeting agreed service levels.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialist teams with accurate documentation and effective handover to support timely resolution.
  • Configure, deploy, and support end‑user devices and software, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for starters, movers, and leavers.
  • Provide proactive support for workplace technology, including meeting rooms, AV equipment, and hybrid‑working setups to ensure reliable, disruption‑free meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate user access, asset records, and stock levels, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, updating knowledge articles, and supporting Digital Workplace initiatives.
