About The EAD DBA Team
The EAD DBA Team is responsible and accountable for IT regional and global database instances. The team ensures our Applications and Services are constantly available to run the Sage businesses.
A Sr Database Administrator bridges the technical gaps between Data, Development and Operations by developing, administering, improving database performance, integrity and availability. The Sr Database Administrator is responsible for working across various teams, ensuring databases remain available, secure and performant.
To do this the Sr Database Administrator works closely with delivery teams by deploying, administering, monitoring, and improving their databases and integrations. Working with Security, Architecture and Automation subject matter experts, the Sr Database Administrator builds and runs infrastructure, operational processes, infrastructure as code, automation of manual processes.
