Job Description
This role is responsible for building and evolving automation and AI enabled workflows that remove repetitive effort, improve process reliability, and create time and space for GTM teams to do their best work.
Working within a problem-led Design, Build, Govern model, the AI & Automation Developer takes validated solution designs and transforms them into production ready capabilities that are safe, maintainable, and impactful.
Given the pace and nature of the team, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast moving, constantly evolving environment.
This role requires a high level of enthusiasm and the ability to quickly get up to speed and make an impact from day one.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating ongoing change and genuinely enjoy working in a dynamic, ever shifting environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Build low code automation solutions from validated designs, focusing on reliability, simplicity, and measurable impact.
- Translate validated designs and prototypes into production ready builds that meet agreed testing, governance, and release standards.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce connected automations, including workflow triggers, routing logic, data updates, and integration touchpoints.
- Incorporate AI components where appropriate, applying the right tool to the right problem.
- Partner closely with Solution Designers to clarify requirements and challenge ambiguity.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and operational data, improving solutions after deployment to increase stability, adoption, and value delivered.
- Maintain reusable build patterns and standards, contributing to a consistent approach that reduces defects and speeds delivery.
- Document builds and handovers clearly to enable smooth support and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve build issues within agreed support processes, escalating appropriately and preventing repeat incidents through root‑cause fixes.
- Support enablement and adoption by helping stakeholders understand changes, expected outcomes, and how to use new tools effectively.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience building automation solutions in an operations or GTM context (low code and/or light-code).
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and how GTM processes operate within CRM (objects, flows, triggers, integrations, data quality considerations).
- Ability to translate requirements and prototypes into robust builds.
- Comfortable working with AI components where appropriate (e. g., prompt-based workflows, classification/extraction, summarisation, triage) and understanding when automation is the better tool.
- Strong problem‑solving capability: can diagnose root causes, troubleshoot, and iterate quickly based on feedback and operational data.
- Solid documentation habits: can write build notes and handover documentation that enables governance, monitoring, and future maintenance.
- Stakeholder awareness: able to work with non‑technical colleagues to clarify needs and communicate changes clearly.
