- Experienced in business development or account management, with a track record of driving growth.
- Knowledgeable about the higher education environment, able to navigate its structures and respond to sector-specific challenges.
- A confident communicator, skilled at delivering clear, persuasive presentations both virtually and in person.
- Skilled at managing priorities and deadlines while driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and moving opportunities efficiently through the sales cycle.
- Proficient with sales productivity tools, MS Office, and GenAI, using data and insights to improve performance and outcomes.
- Experienced in supporting customers with technology solutions, guaranteeing efficient rollout and excellent service.
- A strong problem-solver and negotiator, able to overcome obstacles and secure positive results for all parties.
Your New Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving our business strategy forward and ensuring success in a dynamic market. With customer experience at the heart of everything you do, you will generate insights, build lasting partnerships, and unlock new opportunities that strengthen Sage’s position.
- Leverage CRM data to strengthen relationships with key collaborators, ensuring accurate records that support long-term engagement and growth.
- Secure subscription renewals and expand accounts by upselling relevant products and looking for opportunities that increase revenue.
- Develop and deliver strategies that boost interest in Sage Courses, leading to greater university participation and adoption.
- Cultivate positive relationships with senior academic and administrative leaders to enhance Sage’s reputation and influence in higher education.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities while maintaining deep product knowledge, enabling Sage to stay competitive and responsive to market needs.
