Reporting to the Senior Manager, EMEA Programmes & Campaigns, the Senior Campaigns Manager plans and executes EMEA integrated marketing programs that increase pipeline growth across all channels to support Databricks’ explosive growth. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and tracking of EMEA integrated marketing programs across the marketing mix. This position will help support our EMEA marketing & sales teams.
The impact you will have:
- Driving toward EMEA Marketing goals by creating, and executing campaigns that will drive leads, MQLs, and, most importantly, pipeline and consumption.
- Optimizing performance by increasing key asset conversion metrics through diverse promotion strategies
- Coordinating and executing integrated marketing activities, including webinars, emails, in-person events, trainings, and more to support campaigns
- Collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive and execute marketing program tactics
- Understanding what works and what we can do better. You will support ongoing reporting needs and analyze campaign and program results in detail to draw insights and make data-based adjustments
- Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the SDR teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
