- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our journal records and databases, ensuring our teams always have reliable and up-to-date information.
- Contribute to the growth of our journals by supporting day-to-day management activities that help us deliver on our strategic ambitions.
- Build a solutions-focused experience for editors, society partners, and authors by responding to queries promptly and collaborating closely with colleagues across the business.
- Support our contracting process, helping us maintain strong, transparent partnerships.
- Support our editorial growth by investigating new opportunities, maintaining organised acquisition pipelines, and preparing insights that strengthen journal proposals and tender submissions.
- Support the flow of our editorial work by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and presentations, capturing clear minutes, presenting key updates, and keeping follow‑up actions progressing.
