- An experienced Product Owner who has successfully managed complex product backlogs and prioritised competing demands to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- A confident communicator who can build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders at multiple levels, and bring people together around a shared vision.
- Someone who thrives in Agile environments and has hands‑on experience defining user stories, facilitating backlog refinement, and working within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Highly data‑literate, with strong SQL skills and experience analysing, mining, transforming, and interpreting complex datasets to support business decisions.
- Skilled in business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Qlik, or similar platforms, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experienced in partnering with engineering, data, design, and business teams to deliver technology and data
