Could you be our new Project Analyst? Are you?

  • An Analyst with proven experience in managing projects and sprints effectively?
  • Experienced in workflow management and stakeholder engagement to deliver analytics initiatives aligned with business objectives?
  • Confident in using data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau?
  • Deeply familiar with agile methodologies and sprint management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)?
  • A clear communicator who can build strong relationships and simplify complex technical information?
  • Able to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and drive continuous improvement?

Your new role:

You will transform customer requests into detailed tasks and steer all facets of our sprint cycles - ensuring the team remains engaged, motivated, and excels in their delivery. Working together with analysts and business partners you’ll champion transparency, ensure timely delivery, and create measurable impact. This is your chance to influence the direction of our business with impactful perspectives.

  • Drive planning sessions, manage backlogs, and host retrospectives that keep projects moving forward and continuously improving.
  • Break down analytical challenges into clear, manageable tasks that accelerate delivery and elevate quality.
  • Act as the trusted link between teams and analysts, aligning priorities, timelines, and expectations seamlessly.
  • Monitor KPIs, share updates, and spotlight achievements through dashboards and reports that inspire confidence.
  • Implement smart processes and identify improvements that boost productivity and deliver.
