The Opportunity
You will begin your journey in our Birmingham office, where you will receive full training and mentorship from experienced managers. During this period, you will develop the skills, confidence, and business understanding needed to support our upcoming Leicester expansion. Once the Leicester location launches, you will have the opportunity to transition and play a key role in its growth and development. We are specifically looking for individuals who are open to commuting or temporarily relocating to Birmingham for training, before moving into Leicester as part of the expansion team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Representing brands through engaging, face‑to‑face marketing campaigns
- Supporting the delivery of live events, promotions, and brand activations
