Sage Partners is continuing its expansion across the Midlands, with Coventry being our next key location. As we prepare to open within the coming weeks, we are looking for ambitious individuals who want to be part of building something from the ground up. Working with established UK brands across telecommunications, energy, non-profit, food and beverage, and lifestyle sectors, our focus is on delivering high-impact, face-to-face marketing campaigns that drive real customer engagement and measurable results.
We are currently hiring a Business and Marketing Graduate to join our team, offering hands-on experience, structured training, and a clear pathway into management. This role is ideal for individuals who want to develop commercial awareness, communication skills, and a strong understanding of how businesses grow. The Role
- You will begin with full training in our Birmingham office, working closely with experienced mentors to develop your skills in marketing, sales, and business operations.
- Once trained, you will transition into the Coventry location, supporting the growth and development of the new office and contributing to its long-term success.
- We are specifically looking for individuals who are open to commuting or temporarily relocating to Birmingham during the training period.
What You Will Be Doing
- Representing brands through face-to-face customer engagement
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and live promotions
