At Sage Partners, we’re rebuilding and expanding our Birmingham team following our new expansion into Essex, and we’re now opening a full-time Entry Level Sales Management position for individuals looking to accelerate their development ahead of the new year — and ahead of even bigger growth plans, including our projected USA team expansion for summer 2026.

The Opportunity
This role is designed for ambitious individuals looking to develop quickly. It’s hands-on, people-focused, and built around learning the fundamentals of leadership from day one.
You will gain experience in:
- Leading and supporting small teams
- Understanding client expectations and campaign strategies
- Running face-to-face sales and customer acquisition projects
- Making performance-led decisions in fast-paced environments
- Coaching others and developing your own leadership style
You’ll be immersed in the day-to-day running of a growth-focused sales operation, learning how to influence performance through communication, discipline, and strategic execution.
Training, Growth & Progression
You don’t need management experience to start — we train you into it.
With one-to-one coaching, consistent feedback, and a structured training programme, you will develop skills in:
- Leadership & coaching
- Public speaking & communication
- Team management & strategy
- Planning, organisation, and campaign execution
High performers typically progress into leadership and management positions within 6–12 months, and further into more senior pathways as the company continues expanding.
