At Sage Partners, we don’t hide behind screens. We build brands the old-fashioned way — in person, through real conversations, real energy, and real human connection. While most marketing has moved online, we specialise in face-to-face brand marketing, working directly with customers on behalf of well-known UK organisations across Energy, Telecoms, FMCG, Charity, and Consumer Services. As demand from our clients continues to grow, we’re expanding our Birmingham-based marketing team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us in an Entry Level Marketing role, delivering live, in-person campaigns.
What This Role Actually Is (And Isn’t)
- Face-to-face marketing
- Live brand representation
- Customer interaction in busy public settings

- Explaining products and services clearly and confidently
- Creating positive brand experiences that drive real results
- Supporting campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking

If you’re confident speaking to people, enjoy being on your feet, and want visible results from your effort, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Gain
- Full training from experienced face-to-face marketing leaders
- Daily coaching in communication, confidence, and brand delivery
- Clear progression opportunities into leadership, training, or campaign management
- A supportive, high-energy team environment
- Transferable skills in marketing, client representation, and customer engagement
This role offers real-world marketing experience, not theory or desk-based learning.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need marketing experience. You do need to be:
- People-focused and confident communicating face-to-face
- Open to learning and being coached
- Reliable, motivated, and goal-driven
- Comfortable working in busy, public environments
- Looking for progression, not just a temporary role
Attitude matters more than background — we’ll train the rest.
