You finish university with knowledge, ideas, and ambition. What often comes next is less clear. Some graduates know they want a career in business but do not know where to start. Others are still figuring it out, looking for something that feels real, not theoretical. This role is built for both. Instead of asking you to have everything mapped out, it gives you a starting point inside a growing business where you can test yourself, build commercial awareness, and understand how companies actually scale. You will not be observing from the sidelines. You will be involved in the work that drives growth, learning through experience, and developing skills that apply across any future path in business. At the same time, this is not a loose or undefined opportunity. Our company is in an active growth phase, with significant investment behind expansion plans and team development. That growth creates space for people who are ready to contribute, learn quickly, and take ownership of their progression.

The Role

What The Role Involves

  • You will join the business development function, working across areas that directly influence performance and growth.
  • The role is structured to give you exposure, but also expectation. You will be trusted to contribute, not just assist.
  • You Will Work on acquiring and developing new client relationships.
  • Support the planning and execution of growth strategies.
  • Learn how to manage accounts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Engage in client facing activity, developing confidence and professionalism.
  • Analyse results and contribute to improving future campaigns and approaches.

Who This Is For

  • Graduates from any discipline who want to step into a business environment.
  • Individuals who are unsure of their exact path but know they want to build a career with substance.
  • Candidates who are certain they want to work in business development, strategy, or growth.
  • People who are motivated, adaptable, and open to learning in a fast paced setting.

What You Will Gain

  • Practical, hands on experience from your first day.
  • A clear understanding of how businesses grow and operate.
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and structured development.
  • Exposure to decision making, planning, and commercial thinking.
  • The chance to build confidence in communication, leadership, and problem solving.

The focus is on giving you a foundation that you can build a long term career on, whether that leads into leadership, specialist roles, or entrepreneurship.

Growth and Progression

As the business expands, new responsibilities and opportunities naturally open. Progression is not automatic, but it is available to those who demonstrate consistency, initiative, and results. You may take on increased responsibility in client management, support new market expansion, or contribute to team development as your experience grows.
