Trainee Business Manager in Birmingham

Sage Associates is recruiting for a Trainee Business Manager to join our Birmingham City Centre team. This is a hands-on development role for someone who wants to build a career in business, leadership, sales strategy and people management, with structured training from the start.

This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious candidate in Birmingham or the wider West Midlands who wants more responsibility, structured progression and real commercial experience. You do not need previous management experience. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, confidence, drive and the ability to learn quickly in a performance-led environment.

Sage Associates works with established brands to support customer growth, brand representation and team development. From the beginning, you will be involved in the daily running of campaigns, customer engagement, performance tracking, team support and business development activity. You will learn how commercial teams are built, how targets are managed and how strong leaders create results.
