What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting communications and customer engagement campaigns across Birmingham and the West Midlands
- Representing national and international brands in face to face environments
- Delivering clear and professional brand messaging
- Building strong communication and relationship management skills
- Supporting campaign planning and execution
- Working closely with experienced leaders and managers
- Learning business development and commercial communication techniques
- Contributing ideas and feedback to improve campaign performance
- Developing confidence in presenting, influencing and interacting with people
