Sage runs face-to-face marketing campaigns for some of the country's most recognised brands, including BT/EE, Eon and Mercedes. We are hiring a Campaign Executive in Birmingham to join the team behind these campaigns and learn the business from the ground up, with a clear route into a Campaign Manager role within 6 to 12 months. This is an entry-level position built around progression rather than a fixed job.
You will start by learning how campaigns actually perform in the field, reading real customer behaviour, tracking engagement and understanding what turns a conversation into a result. As you take on more responsibility and demonstrate you can manage it, you move up. The path to Campaign Manager is structured, measured against clear benchmarks, and driven entirely by your ability, not your time served. No previous campaign experience is required. What counts is attitude, work rate and how quickly you learn in a busy, results-led setting. If you enjoy working towards clear goals and want a career with a defined next step, this role is set up to give you exactly that.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of face-to-face campaigns for BT/EE, Eon and Mercedes
- Learning to read and interpret real customer behaviour and engagement data
- Tracking KPIs, results and campaign performance, and reporting on what the numbers show
- Working alongside experienced Campaign Managers to build your leadership and decision-making
- Contributing ideas to sharpen campaign messaging and improve results
- Taking on more responsibility over time, with the goal of managing your own campaigns
What we are looking for:
- Ambitious, goal-driven people with a genuine desire to progress
- Coachable candidates who take feedback on board and act on it
- Confident communicators who enjoy working with people
- Resilient and proactive individuals who perform well against targets
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sport, customer service or sales is useful but not essential
What Sage offers:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday hours, no weekends
- Guaranteed weekly base pay plus performance incentives
- A structured training programme with one-to-one mentorship
- A clear, benchmarked path to Campaign Manager within 6 to 12 months
- Direct exposure to campaigns for major national brands
- A supportive team environment focused on personal development
This role is designed to give you real responsibility, proper training and a defined route forward, all within a professional and supportive setting.
