Join a fast-expanding team working on live campaigns for established UK brands. You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding, one-to-one coaching and day-one client-facing duties including face-to-face brand representation, campaign delivery and customer relationship building. No previous sector experience required — bring strong communication, professionalism and a drive to succeed.

  • Represent UK brands professionally in-person across Birmingham and nearby areas
  • Support live client campaigns, day-to-day account activity and campaign delivery
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to meet retention and growth targets
  • Work with your team to hit performance KPIs and contribute to service improvement
  • Learn account management, reporting and stakeholder communication

Training & progression

  • Structured onboarding and role-specific training
  • One-to-one coaching, regular feedback and performance reviews
