You will influence decisions, support strategic initiatives, and coach junior team members to build a high-performing Commercial Finance function. Responsibilities
- Provide commercial finance support and strategic financial advice to the UKI Leadership Team
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Commercial and Finance to understand performance and drive decisions
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, financial modelling and scenario planning
- Offer clear insights into drivers and trends behind the numbers
- Coach and manage Analysts to develop capabilities for future Business Partner roles
- Support investment decisions, strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across UKI Commercial Finance
