Overview
As Benefits and Recognition Manager, you lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Sage’s global benefits and recognition programs. You will ensure offerings are competitive, compliant and scalable while aligning with the people strategy and ESG goals. You’ll partner across regions and functions to maximize colleague experience, cost efficiency and business impact. This role offers the chance to shape global programs, influence supplier governance, and drive data-driven improvements in a fast-growing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver global benefits and recognition programmes that support people, ESG, inclusion and business objectives
- Evaluate programme performance using data and feedback, identify improvements, and support planning, renewals and budget management
- Manage external providers, brokers and consultants to ensure high service quality and favorable commercial outcomes
- Govern global recognition programmes and maintain benefits policies; support benefits systems implementation with Digital Services
- Lead cross-regional communications to boost awareness and engagement, develop business cases, and assist with complex inquiries
- Support due diligence and integration during mergers and acquisitions
- Collaborate with regional teams, Procurement, Legal and People Operations to ensure aligned, compliant programs
