About the role
This is a brand new role here at Sage Homes, as a Planned Investment Officer, you will play a key role in delivering Sage's cyclical and long-term investment programmes, ensuring homes are well-maintained, energy-efficient, and meet customer needs. This is a high-impact role where you will blend data insight, project delivery, and excellent customer communication to shape future investment decisions. This is a hybrid role based out of our Northampton office 3 days per week and 2 days remotely if required.
- Deliver day-to-day management of cyclical works and planned investment programmes.
- Support specification, procurement, programming, budget management and quality assurance.
- Provide accurate customer data to contractors in line with GDPR and reasonable adjustments.
- Analyse customer satisfaction, identify trends, and report insights to the business.
- Coordinate orders, invoices, performance updates, and project documentation.
- Highlight risks, propose solutions, and support process improvements across investment programmes.
About you
- Experience delivering planned works programmes, ideally within the Affordable Housing sector.
- Proven ability to manage contracts, resolve defects, and ensure performance standards are met.
- Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Confident using MS Office and CRM systems to maintain accurate project and stock data.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and retrofit processes is desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence as travel to stock around the country required.
