Sage Homes is seeking a Homes & Communities Officer to join our Housing Operations team. You will be a key contact for residents, supporting them to sustain tenancies and access services, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure positive outcomes.
You will work from home with regular travel across Greater London and surrounding areas, carrying out home visits and ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent service delivery. A full UK driving licence is required.
