We are currently seeking a UX Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of our business applications, creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences that align with Sage\’s product strategy and long-term vision. As a UX Designer at Sage, you will collaborate with designers, product leaders, and engineers to define and bring experience visions to life, leading design efforts throughout the planning and development lifecycle to deliver engaging, impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Elevate user experience across web and native iOS and Android apps.
- Collaborate with various teams to leverage discovery insights, using research findings to inform and guide the design of user experience.
- Translate user behaviour and needs into clear insights, applying design techniques to improve usability, accessibility, address customer challenges, and accelerate time to value.
- Create compelling screen flows, wireframes, rapid prototypes, layout patterns, and information architecture to guide intuitive and engaging user experiences. Proven ability to elevate user experience across web and native iOS and Android applications.
- Experience leading or participating in workshops, with a background in end-to-end design discovery research and applying insights to inform design.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
Qualifications
- Experience designing for AI is a plus, but not essential.
- Background in financial products is desirable, but not required.
- High-level understanding of technical design concepts, such as APIs, to facilitate collaboration with developers and architects.
Please note that this role is hybrid and will require you to work 3 days a week from our Newcastle office.
