As the Senior Operations Manager for Sales Development across the UK and Ireland, you\’ll own the operational blueprint that drives growth, efficiency, and innovation throughout the SDR organisation. Your mission? To make our SDR teams faster, smarter, and more effective through intelligent processes, advanced tooling, and AI-powered optimisation. Key Responsibilities Optimise SDR Processes for Scale: Continuously evaluate and enhance end-to-end SDR workflows across inbound and outbound motions to ensure scalability, consistency, and alignment with global best practices. Identify, test, and scale tools that power personalisation, prioritisation, and automation. Lead pilots and embed new technologies that free up time and improve outcomes. Insights that Drive Action Partner with Marketing Ops, BI, and Sales Ops to analyse funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline performance. Turn data into insights. Turn insights into execution. Deliver clear reporting that drives decision-making across regions. Own Regional Operations Be the go-to operational lead for SDRs in UKIA. Troubleshoot challenges in real time, provide support on tooling and process issues, and drive best-practice adoption across the region. Solve Systemic Challenges Spot recurring issues, apply structured problem-solving, and deliver long-term solutions. Create documented frameworks that drive consistency and reduce manual effort over time. Partner Across the Business Collaborate with senior Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure operational alignment with strategic priorities. Enable Change Work hand-in-hand with the Enablement team to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new processes, tools, and training programmes. - Strong analytical, project, and business analysis skills, with a track record of translating business needs into operational solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and Project
- Experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance operational performance and team effectiveness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership and global teams
