The Sage Experience Platform (SXP) delivers an effortless, unified digital journey across our product suite. It empowers Customers and Accountants to take control of their relationship with Sage through cutting-edge capabilities like Copilot, Subscription Management, and seamless navigation across our ecosystem.
As a Senior Business Analyst within SXP, you\’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Acting as the bridge between our development teams and stakeholders, you\’ll ensure our features are impactful, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.

• Lead project delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer features and experiences.
• Apply strong business analysis skills to gather and define key delivery requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable items on the product backlog.
• Partner with Product Management to refine the roadmap in line with evolving business priorities and market trends.
• Serve as the go-to expert for product-related queries and clarifications.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, market insights, and strategic goals.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of product releases.
• Continuously gather feedback to iterate and enhance the product experience.
Essential Experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role in software development or tech environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to shifting priorities.
