Our Graduate Performance Marketing Programme is designed for graduates who are curious about data, digital channels, and how marketing drives measurable business growth. You will rotate through key areas of performance marketing, build hands‑on experience with live campaigns, and learn how to use data to optimise results. During your time on the programme, you could be involved in:
- Support the planning, building, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and email.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, and internal dashboards to understand what is working and why.
- Assist with keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimisation, and A/B testing.
- Help create and refine marketing assets, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and product to align campaigns with business goals.
- Track budgets, report on performance, and present insights and recommendations.
- Take part in mentoring, training and hands‑on learning to build both technical capability and wider product and business understanding.
- Explore modern engineering practices and tools, including how emerging technologies can be used to improve quality, efficiency and productivity.
Eligibility and qualifications
- To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have a related degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data or similar.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence interpreting data and trends.
- An interest in digital marketing and performance‑driven campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and techniques.
