We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help accelerate adoption of our People Analytics and AI products, turning data into measurable business value across HR and the wider organisation. In this role, you will translate business needs into user‑centric analytics and AI solutions, identify and prioritise high‑value use cases, and drive change through strong stakeholder engagement, product thinking, and data literacy enablement. This is a hybrid role working in the Newcastle office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to identify, shape, and prioritise AI and People Analytics use cases
- Define clear problem statements, value hypotheses, success metrics, and data requirements
- Drive adoption of analytics products through change plans, communications, training, and feedback loops
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support UAT and releases
- Act as a key interface between HR, leaders, and data/AI delivery teams
- Champion data governance, ethical AI, and quality‑by‑design analytics
- Use insights and KPIs to tell clear stories and guide decision‑making
What you will bring
- 2-5+ years' experience in Business Analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience driving product adoption and change
- Confidence translating analytics and AI concepts into business language
- Working knowledge of BI/analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Workday)
- Familiarity with AI use cases in HR, including risks, governance, and ROI would be beneficial
