Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement will lead multiple enablement functions and act as a trusted advisor to regional commercial leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead & develop a high-performing team of Sales Enablement Program Managers across UKI, France, Germany and South Africa - setting clear goals, coaching for growth, and enabling them to excel.
- Own the regional Enablement plan - aligning with Business Units, Product Marketing, and Commercial Leaders to prioritise and deliver key enablement initiatives.
- Deeply understand regional OKRs, opportunities, challenges, and GTM revenue programs to ensure enablement activity is focused where it matters most.
- Deliver high-impact programs that support Sales Excellence and drive measurable improvements in performance and capability.
- Shape 'Always On' Enablement through proactive identification of focus areas that support ongoing learning and skills development.
- Track, measure, and communicate impact - reporting on outputs and performance improvements across the business.
- Maintain a scalable enablement model, ensuring consistency across onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning experiences.
- Collaborate globally, sharing best practices and ensuring regional initiatives benefit from a strong global Sales Enablement community.
