As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you'll work with Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations teams to help collect, organise and explain the data that supports better decisions across our product organisation.
You'll:
- Explore data to spot trends, risks and opportunities, and build confidence using data to ask good questions and recommend improvements.
- Help create and update dashboards, reports and data views, and learn how to explain data clearly so others can use it to make decisions.
- Support improvements to data quality and consistency across the product organisation.
- Learn how AI, automation and digital tools can make reporting, analysis and everyday work easier, and how to use them responsibly, accurately and with good judgement.
- Help teams plan, track and deliver product initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and other product operations platforms.
- Work with stakeholders across Product, Operations and beyond to understand what information they need, sharing useful data, reporting and operational insight.
Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll study towards the Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship standard. The programme is designed to give you both the technical grounding in data analysis and the commercial awareness to turn information into insight that drives real business decisions. By the time you complete the programme, you'll have a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting and responsible use of AI and automation, giving you the skills and professional credibility to build a career in data and analytics.

To meet the entry requirements for the Level 4 apprenticeship, you'll need:
- Five GCSEs at grades 9 to 4, including English and Maths.
- Plus one of the following: an A-level, a Level 3 Apprenticeship or vocational qualification, ideally in Maths, IT, Computer Science, Business Studies, or a related subject.
Beyond that, you'll stand out if you:
- Enjoy working with information, spotting patterns and asking questions.
- Are willing to learn tools such as Excel, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power BI.
- Are interested in AI and automation, and how they can be used responsibly.
- Can explain information clearly in writing and conversation.
- Are organised, careful and comfortable paying attention to detail.
- Are keen to learn, ask for help and build confidence, using feedback to keep improving.
- Can manage your time and balance work with apprenticeship learning.
- Have some experience using data, spreadsheets, dashboards or AI tools, through study, work experience or personal projects, though this isn't essential.
