As part of Sage's IT Delivery Graduate Programme, you'll gain hands‑on experience across our global IT function, developing the skills, knowledge, and business understanding needed for a successful career in technology.
You'll complete rotations in two or more areas, including Architecture, IT Delivery, Development, IT Service Delivery, and Service Operations, and learn how technology strategy is shaped, delivered, and supported within a global organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives.
- Explore emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with colleagues across IT, business teams, and external partners.
- Help communicate technical solutions to a range of stakeholders.
- Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance activities that support secure and effective IT operations.
Qualifications
- Hold a degree in any discipline.
- Have a keen interest in technology and how it can drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage in a global business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- A solution‑focused mindset, always looking for the best outcome for the business and approaching problems with pragmatism and creativity.
- Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and how they are reshaping the way organisations operate.
