Sage Group plc in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Strategic People Business Partner to lead the people strategy within the fast-moving GTM Operations function, partnering with senior leaders to shape organisation design, workforce planning and leadership capability.

This hybrid role focuses on influencing, coaching and delivery, with responsibility for leadership effectiveness, engagement, change and risk management across Commercial Operations, Customer Operations and GTM Effectiveness.
