If so, then look no further… We’re looking for Graduate QA Test Engineers to join our two-year Graduate programme, giving you experience working in a FTSE 100 listed software company. What’s in it for you? This is a great opportunity to work as a Graduate QA Test Engineer in a dynamic and fast paced product team. Do you have a passion for the continuous improvement of product, systems, and customer knowledge? The Graduate QA Test Engineer will manage their own project work items, actively share knowledge across the team, and work closely with the delivery teams to carry out thorough and efficient testing to team processes and testing standards.

In this role you will create accurate test plans, and execute against these, ensuring that all issues and risks are raised and managed to completion. You must have an eye for detail and be quality-focused resulting in thorough and well-organized test phases. Throughout the 2-year Graduate programme and your career at Sage, we want you to be enthusiastic about your personal development, and continuously learn new things to strive for excellence. We expect a lot from our Graduates and will encourage you to bring innovative ideas to add real value for our customers, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You’ll need to be a Graduate, but we’re open to different degree disciplines.
  • Able to demonstrate a passion for tech, with skills to match.
  • A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.
  • You’ll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • As part of a global business, you’ll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.

These roles are based in our Newcastle and Manchester offices. You’ll be in the office at least 3 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.

  3. If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre.
  4. Successful candidates will join us on 1 October 2025.
