We\’re looking for a motivated and curious Graduate Business Analyst to join our growing Global Routes to Revenue (RTR) Performance and Planning team. This team plays a key role in designing the end-to-end global revenue planning process and building detailed revenue and capacity planning models for the Sage Intacct Business Unit.
In this role, you\’ll work closely with the Director of the GTM Planning team and the Managers of both the global revenue planning and Intacct modelling teams. This hands-on experience will give you a strong understanding of how teams across Sage collaborate to build the global revenue plan. You\’ll also contribute to key analysis that helps identify the drivers behind Sage Intacct\’s performance-insights that are essential for effective planning. Your work will help create plans that are both ambitious and achievable, setting Sage up for continued success.
What you\’ll get to do:
• Collaborate across teams to support projects that improve how we plan revenue as a group.
• Build and use Intacct planning models across key regions, utilizing detailed performance analysis to iterate and improve existing models.
• Help bring complex plans and performance reviews to life using clear, visualizations and dashboards.
• Complete ad hoc analysis exercises where performance varies to forecast.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the RTR Global Planning Manager to build a robust cross-functional planning process, being a point of contact, developing key materials and blueprints for stakeholders to use through the planning cycle.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure they are aware of all deliverables through the planning cycle and be a point of contact for any queries they have.
• Support the Modelling manager in developing Intacct revenue and capacity planning models.
• Work with regional Intacct to ensure forecasts are accurately submitted performance against prior forecasts is understood and shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Work with the regional teams and analyze performance data to really understand the key drivers within each region and start to review forecast submissions based on evolving performance trends.
• Complete ad hoc analysis on performance against forecast across the year, presenting finding to the RTR Planning Director and across the team
• Build strong working relationships across departments, learning how different functions contribute to Sage\’s commercial success.
• Work as part of an inclusive, supportive team, where learning is encouraged and contributions are recognized.
What are we looking for?
You\’ll need to be a recent graduate, ideally in a scientific or business field or have experienced problem-solving elements in your degree. We\’re open to different backgrounds, but the following skills will help you thrive:
• Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude with the ability to demonstrate strong initiative and manage multiple deadlines
• An exceedingly curious mindset, where whenever you are presented with information, you are always like to think \”Why?\”
• Some experience using data to model and explore different scenarios
• A willingness to learn data tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Query
• A collaborative team player who\’s also comfortable taking initiative and managing tasks independently when needed.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills, especially in modelling, analytics, and commercial strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and Organization and planning capability skills
• Proficient in with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where curiosity and creativity are valued.
Desirable Skills & Experience
• Some exposure to accounting principles, either through academic study or practical experience.
This role is based at our London Bridge office and follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week spent in the office.
