Job purpose: This role is responsible for supporting to define and implement the governance, controls and reporting across IT. Working as part of the Governance and Compliance function to support and enable the VP's of IT, IT Directors and sub-functional teams to demonstrate the value of IT across the globe by:
- Defining and designing reporting frameworks to show the scale and breadth of IT deliverables (Projects, Services, Roadmaps, Plans, Costs, Future Investment opportunities etc)
- Providing governance assurance in relation to IT Global technology costs, resources and performance delivery
- Collating, validating and analysing various data sources to provide accurate data insight and reports
- Supporting financial governance processes for controlling IT costs and headcount
- Providing performance insight into IT, providing a 360 view
- Preparing reporting packs with accurate IT performance data from a variety of sources, for circulation across IT and the wider business
- Collation and analysis of various data sources- financial, headcount and performance statistics
- Creating and measuring performance KPIs
- Reviewing performance data - identifying trends and issues for attention, escalation and action - and providing insight based on the analysis
- Working with teams across the Global IT teams to provide processes and governance approaches
