Job Description
The Productivity Analytics Manager is responsible for defining the metrics and reporting requirements as well as owning the analytics that will be used to shape the GTM productivity story across Sage. They will identify and prioritise the highest-value opportunities for productivity gains, working across functions to quantify their commercial impact and measure return on investment over time. Acting as the central analytics partner to the GTM Productivity team, this person connects the dots between data, insight, and change – collaborating closely with Commercial Finance, People Analytics, Sales Operations and SIGMA teams to ensure data alignment, consistency, and relevance. Through structured analysis and narrative- driven insight, the role plays a key part in influencing strategic decisions, shaping business cases, and embedding a data-driven mindset across the GTM organisation for scaling

Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities
• Define and govern GTM productivity metrics and reporting requirements across Sage-wide and Intacct dashboards.
• Identify and size high-impact productivity opportunities, working with
• Productivity Managers to quantify commercial value. Track the ROI of improvement initiatives, linking insights to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with digital enablement and GTM leaders to quantify how AI can scale Productivity through data-led and ROI analytics
• Partner with SIGMA and data owners to ensure reliable, aligned data inputs for productivity reporting.
• Integrate capacity and headcount planning metrics into dashboards with the RTR Planning team.
• Deliver on the GTM analytics roadmap, enabling root cause analysis and scalable insights.
• Collaborate across Finance, People, and Sales Ops to align insight, metrics, and planning.

Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM analytics in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and GTM productivity metrics (e.g., CAC, ramp time, pipeline efficiency, revenue per FTE).
• Strong hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools
• Skilled in SQL, Excel, and experience with AI/ML tools for commercial data is a plus experience working across cross-functional teams to align data requirements and build shared insight.
• Commercial acumen and ability to translate technical analysis into business insight.

Preferred:
• Commercial Finance Experience
• SaaS Revenue Operations
