Overview
Early Careers at Sage is cyclical, and you will be involved in every aspect of the cycle.
- Engagement: During the engagement phase, you will organize events with schools, colleges and universities. Your organizational skills will be crucial as you manage on‑campus events, guard our brand’s first impressions, and keep key dates on schedule to ensure on‑site representation.
- Attraction: In the attraction phase, you will support the Employer Branding team by creating regional content for social media and schools/universities. Collaboration with colleagues will help craft a communications plan that showcases our culture and draws exceptional talent.
- Recruitment: During recruitment, you will organize and host assessment centres, create a nurturing environment during interviews, screen applicants, arrange interviews with hiring managers, and ensure a first‑class candidate experience. Your feedback will guide candidates through the process and reinforce our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Onboarding: In onboarding, you will set the stage for new hires, working with the Global Early Careers team to welcome them into the business. Your meticulous planning and warm welcome will leave lasting impressions throughout their careers. Travel may be required to support recruitment events at our international offices.
Program structure: This 22‑month apprenticeship combines practical experience with structured learning, includes 20% off‑the‑job training, and supports you in gaining a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
