Location: Whittington

Hours: 16 hours - 3 shifts over 7 days including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

NLW: £12.21/hour (enhancements for Weekends and Bank Holiday)

The Housekeeper reports into the Facilities & Patient Experience Manager. The housekeeping team are responsible for providing high quality cleaning services across the Hospice in order to offer a safe, clean and welcoming environment to patients, visitors and staff. The Housekeeper team will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards. To undertake other cleaning duties as directed by needs of the service.

  • Experience cleaning in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of colour coding
  • Knowledge & understanding of Health and Safety at Work
  • Knowledge & understanding of cleaning equipment

  • Knowledge & experience of Infection Prevention and control
