The Medium Sites Housing Officer role covers Swindon, Reading, Milton Keynes and Newbury. It is a permanent, full-time position within the Operations department, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:30–5 with occasional out of hours until 8pm).
You will ensure properties meet contractual and statutory standards, carry out audits and welfare checks, report risks, and work with accommodation teams, subcontractors and regulators to improve service delivery.
