Responsibilities required for the role are:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our Service Users maintain independence and enjoy fulfilling lives at home. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Supporting Service Users with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and incontinence care.
- Encouraging independence and involvement in daily routines.
- Preparing meals and snacks to support nutritional needs.
- Assisting with light domestic tasks to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
- Accompanying Service Users to appointments or community activities.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.

- Mornings / Lunch (typically between 7:00am – 3:00pm)

Along with a superhero personality, we also require a clear Enhanced DBS as well as two satisfactory references. Any previous training records and health and social qualifications for the role would be of great benefit. In addition, Kelly Park Limited offers support with training/qualifications and continued professional development.
Pay: We will pay you £13.50 per hour and £14.50 on bank holidays. Early Pay: No waiting for payday thanks to our bespoke service, allowing you to access your pay when you need it.
Holidays: 5.6 weeks per annum (pro-rata).
Training: Full paid practical training including induction & shadowing will be provided.
