About Leger
We’re on a mission to transform men’s health through identifying and treating testosterone deficiency and associated conditions. For too long, men have put up with symptoms of low testosterone, not realising that treatment is available. Leger has been leading the way in testosterone replacement therapy since 1999. Now, as part of the Medichecks’ family, we are entering the next stage of our development and are seeking to scale our services for eligible men. We provide a medically led, evidence-based, straight-talking service driven by specialist doctors and clinicians. This role also supports My Menopause Centre, another specialist digital health brand within the wider group, helping build and optimise lifecycle marketing across both businesses.
The Role
We’re hiring a Lifecycle Marketer to help scale two fast-growing digital health brands. This is a hands‑on execution role for someone who loves building, testing, and optimising CRM journeys that convert and retain customers. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead to improve performance across the entire customer lifecycle — from lead capture to consultation booking, onboarding, retention, and win‑back. You’ll be trusted to execute quickly, test ideas, and gradually take ownership of lifecycle performance under strategic direction. This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical execution skills, enjoys copywriting, and wants to grow into a more strategic marketer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle & CRM Execution
- Build and optimise lifecycle flows in Klaviyo for Leger
- Expand existing flows, identify friction/leaks, and implement fixes quickly
- Create lifecycle journeys such as: Consultation conversion, Reactivation and winbacks
- Platform Setup & Optimisation (My Menopause Centre)
- Help turn a large owned list into a structured CRM system (currently Mailchimp)
- Build foundational lifecycle journeys under direction
- Implement segmentation and tagging structures
- Support migration or platform optimisation if required
- Performance & Experimentation
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks, offers, timing, and content formats
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports: what changed, what we learned, what we’ll test next
- Data Tracking
- Work comfortably with tracking fundamentals: Events, UTMs, Link tracking, Flow attribution
- Collaborate with CRM/data teams to debug issues
- Copy & Messaging
- Write compelling email/SMS lifecycle copy
- Use LLM tools to refine hooks, messaging, and variations
- Adapt tone for different customer segments and funnel stages
Requirements
- 2–3 years hands‑on lifecycle/CRM marketing experience
- Strong CRM platform execution experience (flows, segmentation, testing) using tools such as Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Mailchimp, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo
- Confident copywriter for conversion-focused messaging
- Analytical mindset and comfort with performance data
- Experimental attitude — you test rather than assume
Highly Desirable
- Experience working in small, fast-moving teams
- Familiarity with Mailchimp or other ESPs
- Experience working with product or clinical funnels
- Understanding of attribution and lifecycle metrics
Mindset Fit
- Builder, not just strategist
- Comfortable with autonomy and ownership
- Curious and proactive
- Energised by early‑stage brand growth
We are committed to making the Medichecks group a great place to work and have shaped our people strategy around our colleagues’ feedback and we are continuously reviewing this.
