To lead, develop, and deliver the Project Management service, supporting the Office Partner and contributing to the strategic growth of the office. The role will provide high-quality client-facing project management consultancy services across pre- and post-contract stages, while mentoring junior team members and driving business development within the local market.
- Lead and manage the Project Management service, supporting the Office Partner
- Provide technical project management consultancy across pre- and post-contract stages
- Manage multiple stakeholders and contract administration (NEC, JCT, FIDIC)
- Deliver programmes and projects across various sectors, ensuring time, budget, quality, and compliance
- Support office growth through business development and local market knowledge
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues proactively
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and value engineering to maximise best value
- Use project scheduling tools (Asta Power Project / MS Project advantageous)
- MCIOB or equivalent (MRICS, APM) required, with a minimum of 2 years’ construction project management experience
