The Role
This role is all about impact and results. You will build and manage a high-performing influencer and ambassador programme, working with established voices in wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle who can inspire audiences and convert followers into course applications. You’ll bring a commercial mindset, ensuring every collaboration is designed to grow brand reach, generate leads, and hit enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an influencer marketing strategy focused on generating student enrolments
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers with large, engaged followings in wellness and lifestyle
- Negotiate strong commercial agreements with influencers and ambassador partners
- Design and run campaigns that drive high-quality traffic to CNM’s courses and events
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to optimise messaging, funnels, and conversion strategies
- Track, analyse, and report on key metrics including engagement, leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI
- Continuously refine the programme to maximise performance and return on investment
The ideal candidate
- 2+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, ambassador programmes, or partnerships
- Proven track record of delivering measurable sales or enrolment outcomes through influencer campaigns
- Confident negotiating contracts and managing influencer budgets
- Excellent at building and maintaining influencer relationships while keeping ROI front of mind
- Strong commercial acumen — you think in terms of KPIs, conversion, and growth
