Clearsprings Group in Devon (Devon/Cornwall) is seeking a Housing Officer on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role covers 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm and 12.30pm-9pm on a shift pattern, with a requirement for a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You will manage a caseload of around 200-250 service users, conduct welfare visits, inspect properties, and coordinate with doctors, support agencies, and landlords.
