Paybis is seeking a Head of Legal (UK) to own the FCA cryptoasset authorisation end-to-end and run the UK EMI application. You will be the senior in-house legal voice for the UK, coordinating with the EU team while managing external counsel and critical regulatory engagements.
You will draft and negotiate English-law B2B and consumer terms, oversee employment matters, and shape governance and disclosures ahead of authorisation. This is a high-autonomy, leadership role based in the UK.
