Invisible Walls is a Community Interest Company (not for profit) delivering support to prisoners, their families and visitors at HMP Cardiff. This role is the first and last point of contact, assisting with bookings, information and practical support in a busy Visitor Centre.
We work with prison staff and multi‑agency professionals to safeguard children and families and promote positive outcomes. Salary circa £25k–£30k pro rata, with varied hours.
