About the Role:
This role focuses on delivering personalised education to pupils who have struggled to access mainstream schooling due to anxiety, trauma, medical needs or other emotional barriers. You will teach on‑site, in small groups.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent (experienced UQTs will be considered)
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4
- A trauma‑informed, flexible, and empathetic approach to teaching
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to support the students' overall development
- An understanding of EBSA and the barriers faced by these learners
- A passion for supporting students to re‑engage with learning at their own pace
