Our client is a small startup (50-100 employees) operating in the enterprise AI LMS space. They are seeking a brilliant and innovative Enterprise Demand Generation & ABM Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing and a proven ability to drive pipeline growth across enterprise accounts. In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to design and execute targeted demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with practical experience leveraging AI tools to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and marketing efficiency. This is a FULLY REMOTE position. Compensation will be adjusted accordingly depending on your geographic location. Occasional reporting into APAC time zones will be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise-level accounts across multiple channels, including paid media, email, SEO, events, and webinars.
- Plan and manage ABM programs, including account selection, personalization strategies, and multi-touch engagement campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to support audience segmentation, lead scoring, content personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to track, nurture, and convert leads throughout the funnel.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-impact assets such as landing pages, email sequences, case studies, and white papers.
- Support sales enablement efforts by ensuring smooth lead handoff, aligning messaging, and improving conversion from MQL to SQL.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns using A/B testing, performance insights, and AI-driven analytics tools.
- Maintain clear reporting and forecasting of pipeline impact, providing insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 – 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or ABM roles, with at least 2 years of experience targeting enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and measurable results through multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on experience executing ABM strategies, including account targeting, personalization, and sales alignment.
- Practical experience using AI tools in marketing, such as for content generation, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign automation.
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
- Solid understanding of enterprise buying cycles, including multi-stakeholder decision-making and long sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent or near-fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
