As the lead of a web delivery team, you will keep the focus and momentum going while enabling a team of skilled delivery managers to deliver value. You will gain support and trust of senior stakeholders, through your leadership and expertise, producing experiences that are fully optimised for effective outcomes, delivering on business goals. You will be an adaptable individual who can lead large, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects; facilitating, advocating and unblocking your team to deliver high-quality projects.
Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our London or Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and be responsible for the global digital roadmap for your segment and ensure input and collaboration into the wider Sage.com Digital Roadmap.
- Lead project planning and progress tracking of sage.com projects across multiple markets, business functions and cross-functional teams, co-ordinating inputs and delivery ensuring the project is delivered on time in full.
- Own and oversee your teams’ projects understanding timings, key milestones, resourcing and risks.
- Conduct senior executive stakeholder engagement to project sponsor level during sage.com projects, through adaptive, concise content and communication of high-level benefits and major risks.
- Lead and deliver large, complex web projects concurrently, with multi-disciplinary and globally distributed teams, demonstrating strong leadership, with a reputation of trust and senior executive support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience within a Web Delivery / Project Manager role
- People Management experience
- Working in a Matrix environment
- Experience using Workfront
