Job Details: Sales Development Representative Join our team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative and drive revenue growth with your prospecting skills! Job Description: As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with businesses that could be our future customers or are already in our ecosystem and are looking to overcome challenges, solve problems, or achieve their goals. Working with our industry-leading demand generation teams, you will reach out to those businesses engaging with marketing content to educate them through insights and conversations, helping them understand how we can support their objectives through our services. This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Winnersh office. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional experiences as the first human interaction with new customers. Be focused, motivated, and open to feedback and guidance. Be decisive, adaptable, and able to tailor your approach to different situations. Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to build and execute industry-aligned go-to-market plans. Confidently communicate the Sage story, understand our solutions, and stay updated on market and vertical knowledge. Requirements Showcase your personal brand and professional presence, including on social media platforms. Drive opportunities through curiosity, business insight, and customer engagement. Build rapport easily with customers. Eager to learn, develop, and work as part of a team. Highly motivated and target-driven. Resilient with a proactive approach. Experience Required Experience in an Outbound Sales environment. Proven track record of achieving targets. Comfortable with technology and navigating computer systems.
