Job Description
Have you successfully managed and embedded compensation strategies that value and motivate employees while enhancing their overall experience? Are you energized by the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, partnering to bring a modern compensation philosophy to life across a global business?

In this role, you’ll own and refine compensation programs for the business functions (client groups) you will support. This includes leading compensation-related projects, advising senior leaders, and managing the full cycle of pay, bonus, and LTIP reviews. You’ll be a critical player in supporting Sage’s compensation evolution, driving both business and employee value. This role will be 80% focused on business partnering and 20% on compensation/reward projects and initiatives.

In addition to a comprehensive compensation package (base + 20% annual bonus + benefits), you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to an evolving compensation philosophy in a global software company. Sage is known for its commitment to employee development and community involvement, including 5 paid volunteering days through our Sage Foundation. We foster an environment based on our core values-Human, Trust, Bold, and Simplify-where you’ll feel supported in your professional growth and work-life balance.

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team of three other Compensation Partners and two Compensation Analysts. Our team culture is centered around brainstorming ideas together, providing psychological safety, and mutual support. As a key contributor to global initiatives, you’ll thrive under a leadership style that offers transparency, autonomy, and continuous development.
